I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Hyderabad. Prior to joining academia, I served as a Chief Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore, where I was part of the Advanced Modem team developing PHY-layer algorithms for beyond 5G communication systems. My industry experience also includes roles at Qualcomm India Private Limited and Lekha Wireless Solutions, Bangalore, where I primarily worked on 4G and 5G modem systems.

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of ECE at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, where I worked under the guidance of Prof. B. Sundar Rajan. My research was partly funded by the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship awarded to me in 2020. I also hold a Master's degree in Telecommunication from the Dept. of ECE, IISc, where I graduated as the gold medalist.
